Refund Policy
At Mini Map Rent a Car, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure that our refund process is clear and straightforward. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled for our services.
1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- Full Refunds: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you are eligible for a full refund of the rental amount.
- Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a 50% refund of the rental amount.
- No Refunds: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are not eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Insurance fees
- GPS rentals and other add-ons
- Administrative fees for last-minute cancellations
3. Early Return Policy
Returning the rental vehicle earlier than the agreed-upon return date does not qualify for a refund for the unused rental days. The rental period is charged based on the original agreement.
4. Modifications to Reservations
If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., changing the pick-up date, vehicle type, or rental duration), please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of booking. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will make every effort to accommodate our customers during such events.
